Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation. We aim to ensure accuracy in all descriptions and pricing, however errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are agreed at the time of order. Payment terms will be outlined prior to confirmation and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery & Collection

We will make every effort to meet agreed delivery or collection times, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such delays.

Returns & Refunds

Pallet Condition

As pallets are often reused or refurbished, variations in appearance and condition may occur. We ensure all pallets supplied are fit for purpose unless otherwise stated.
